Rooted Recruitment, founded by Claire Kruger, is a Professional Recruitment Agency based in KwaZulu-Natal. With over 15 years of experience in Customer Service and both Specialised and General Recruitment, Claire has a true passion for people! Over the years, Claire has built many long-lasting relationships with her clients and her candidates and always goes by the philosophy that listening and understanding is the key element for ultimate success in this business.
Claire had a vision to create an environment where candidates felt like a name and not a number and both candidates and clients felt understood. She wanted to bring back the human aspect of recruitment where constructive communication was a top priority. With that, Rooted Recruitment was born.

Client and candidate confidentiality is a very important part of our business model as we want to maintain a high business ethics standard. Finally, we aim to keep our rates competitive.
Rooted Recruitment Candidates are taken under the wing of our agency and will be provided with the know-how to becoming a suitable candidate in their field of expertise.
No matter the client, Rooted Recruitment does its research into your business to gain a proper understanding of which candidates to consider. We then check each job assignment with the client to confirm that we have understood the position requirements. Now that we know who to search for, we undertake a rigorous interview process with identified potential candidates for prescribed positions. Once the interviews have concluded, clients will receive a brief which includes CV and application information for each candidate. Our clients can rest assured that integrity, reliability and reference checks are done on all candidates before they have been handed over to the client for further review. On request, Criminal, Credit and Qualification checks may be performed as well.
