As a Property Finance and Sales Consultant, you will be required to understand your client’s needs, source, prospect, identify, match, explain and maintain! You will need to be an incredible relationship builder who easily gains the trust of your clients. Understanding industry trends as well as having a knack for sales and business development could elevate your chance of securing this position.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Computer literacy
Minimum experience:
- 2 years of successful external sales conversions and proof of targets achieved
- Experience in proactively prospecting in a pressurized sales environment
- Marketing experience
- The ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Knowledge and experience in the finance/property industry is an advantage
Skills required:
- Planning and organising
- Selling within a competitive industry, adept at proactively generating leads and nurturing existing clients
- Performing under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
